Terracon has recently launched a proprietary, user friendly software viz. "Vruksh Sharad" for managing tree inventory and related analytics. The software can provide quick search results, analytical tools and acts as knowledge bank of trees and other forms of vegetation. The customized GIS based software has the added features of plotting trees on maps with location accuracy.

The software is also beneficial to clients and users in obtaining information on species composition in an area and facilitates species diversity management. Also helps in taking decisions on tree planting and removal planning and prioritization. The software will help the researchers, students and planners (landscape, ecological and restoration) to study and develop plans.
